Does the product in the photo look exactly the same as the product in real life?

1) Colors may differ slightly from photos below because of lighting when the picture is taken / your monitor displays them differently. Items are 99% the same as what you see :)

Can I get lower prices if I buy a lot?

2) Prices are fixed and already very low. No bargaining. If you want it at a cheaper price, you can order with our Pre Order batches / Open your own batch (Minimum RM250)  / Buy at wholesale price

Is shipping included in the price stated?

3) No, shipping fees are not included.

Can we refund / exchange items ?

4) No refunds after payment is made when order is confirmed unless items are out of stock. We do not exchange items unless we sent the wrong item.

Items are broken when it reached me :(

5) So sorry, but damage during postage is not our responsibility. We will wrap easily damaged items with bubble wrap and will try to reduce the risk of damage :)

Can you post the items out by the next day? I need it urgently!

6) We do try our best to post the items out as soon as possible. Feel free to ask us if we are able to post it out the next day. If you are in a hurry and we are not free the next day to post out the item, please do not place an order.

How fast will you reply our emails? 

7) Within 24hours

What if I last minute decided to not buy the item?

9) Then please inform us. We won't bite :) Once order is confirmed and buyer does not make payment by due date and did not inform us, he/she will be BLACKLISTED.

Do you provide COD?

10) Meet up is only applicable to wholesalers/orders above RM100.

100% payment must be made before closing date to prevent customers disappearing after items arrived.

How long do I have to notify you about missing items?

11) Any mistakes in the parcels should be informed within 2 days after parcels are received.
